Frederic Kleindienst
Prior to joining JMC Frederic had extensive experience in managing mid/small size industrial companies operating on worldwide markets in which he has developed change management and continuous improvement programs to optimize operations.
He also has functional expertise in HR, Quality and Lean management acquired within Deutsch Group.
His industry knowledge covers Oil & Gas, Aeronautics, Railway and Construction.
Frédéric lived in the US (New York and Houston) for more than 5 years and now resides with his family in Paris.
He graduated from Ecole des Mines de Douai and holds an executive MBA from Edhec Business School.
