With ten years of investment banking and corporate development experience, Emily brings valuable financial, market and analytical expertise to the team.

Previously, Emily was the Director of Corporate Development for the Deutsch Group, coordinating advisors, performing due diligence and managing strategic reviews.

Prior to working with Deutsch, Emily advised private, public and private equity clients at Houlihan Lokey. She advised on buy-side, sell-side, financing, transatlantic, and distressed transactions. She focused primarily on the automotive, aerospace and defense industries.

Emily graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in International Relations and Economics with honors.

She is fluent in English and French, speaks basic Mandarin Chinese, and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
