Our Experience

With a strong blend of experience amongst our staff in the corporate and sports sectors, we understand the everyday challenges faced by professional golfers. We have relationships across the globe with equipment manufacturers, tournament promoters and corporate giants.

On the player management side, we pride ourselves on bringing out the best in people within a corporate and sporting setting, and when a player signs with JMC Sport, they become part of a family that stands by them through the highs and lows and gives them every opportunity to play at the highest level.

Jean-Marie Painvin


As a previous president of Golf Du Medoc in France for 7 years, and a member of Piping Rock Golf Club in New York, he saw a lack of support, structure and guidance for young golfing professionals across the globe. His involvement with a non-profit organization ‘Summer Search’ allowed him to see the positive impact a structured mentoring program can have on younger generations.

As an experienced CEO and successful businessman, he understood the importance of being surrounded by people with a positive influence and building relationships with those who offered expertise in different areas, often acting as mentors during difficult times.  

Combining these experiences led to the creation of JMC Sport.


Emma O’Driscoll

Director, Business Development & Player Management

Emma comes from a strong golfing background having represented Ireland at an international level throughout her amateur career. Emma is a high energy individual with a passion for sport, and an appetite for connectivity who enjoys networking, creating long-lasting relationships and utilizing contacts she has made to marry ideas to opportunities.

She is a +1 handicap and is an honorary member at Ballybunion Golf Club in County Kerry, Ireland. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from University College Dublin and a Master’s in Management Consultancy from Smurfit School of Business, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of the sports and golf industry to the team.


Nick Mullen

Strategic Advisor

With nearly 10 years of experience in sports marketing and Venture Capital, Nick has a wealth of experience working with clients across numerous sectors. A Recognized personality and leader within sports, Nick has developed an extensive network of global contacts through his integration of the sports and corporate worlds.

While based in USA Nick oversaw the golf talent division at Blake Sports Group, a New Jersey Based Sports marketing agency. In 2013 Nick Joined International Sports Management where he was responsible for building out their US practice, before eventually assuming the role of Director of Global Golf and Consulting, presiding over the entire business, working directly alongside the group CEO. Mullen is also a member of the board of directors of Lemongrass Restaurants and a Senior Strategic advisor to Great Oaks Venture Capital, a New York based VC fund. Nick works alongside Emma in an advisory capacity sharing his knowledge and expertise to grow JMC Sport.
